The 2013 Australian Speak Easy Association (ASEA) Convention will bring together speech professionals and people who stutter (PWS) to share their experiences and showcase the progress that can be made by PWS.
The Convention is open to members and non-members of the ASEA and will include a range of speakers including:

The convention will provide the opportunity for people who stutter and speech language therapists alike to take the stage and share their own experience in short ‘lightning’ talks or longer presentations. Clinical workshops will also be conducted to support professional development.
This unique format is sure to be engaging and allow all participants to share, and learn from, what experience taught!

Costs: 2-Day Delegate $225, Friday Delegate only $145, Saturday Delegate only $95
Venue: Holiday Inn Potts Point is the Convention Venue. Other nearby accommodation options can be found using services such as Wotif, Stayz or Expedia.
Theme: “What experience has taught”
Taxi: Taxi fares from the airport to Kings Cross will cost $40 to $50.
Train: Travel from the airport to Town Hall (arriving platform 1), go up the stairs, cross to the opposite side and take the escalator to the bottom level to travel to Kings Cross on platform 5. Do not exit the barriers at Town Hall.

Shuttles: Shuttles leave every 30 minutes from the airport to the city and cost $15. Inform the driver of your hotel destination.
